Spring storms (hail and strong winds) did excessive damage to our roof. We contacted Torres-Boren Roofing, and it was Kevin Boren who came to our house that same day. He personally went on the roof and affirmed it needed replacing. While on the roof he remedied two issues to protect us from anticipated weather coming the next day (thanks for that!). Our bid arrived that evening and we proceeded to schedule the job. Kevin set expectations before arriving, talked us through the 3-day plan, and then summarized everything after completion. The crew respected our residence while here and made sure everything was cleaned up. Torres-Boren Roofing exceeded my expectations, and we’re totally satisfied. Thanks. ~ Mike K

We had damage from a storm and high winds. Called yesterday for an estimate. Kevin came out, looked at it and quoted me a price to fix it. He said he would need to go to Ft. Worth for the materials needed. And he would put me on the schedule. We were expecting very high winds and cold temps for the weekend. I had to leave the house for a while. When I came home, he was on the roof and almost finished with the repair. This all took place in about a 3-hour time span from first call to finish. And it was in the dark for the last hour. I couldn't believe it. He said he didn't want us riding out the storm and probably getting more damage. Thank you Kevin. I will recommend this company and use them again if necessary. That is how you do customer service. I would give them 10 stars, but it only allows for five... . ~ Darla M

He was referred to me through a friend, so I contacted him about doing my mother's roof and he went out there the very next day! Upon inspecting the roof and finding a couple problem areas, he set up an appointment for the following week to replace the roof and repair the areas that had rotted. They were there early like he said they would be, they worked very quick and efficient, pulling off the old roof, replacing some of the decking, putting on the new singles, a heavier paper then the regular felt usually used. Job was completed within a reasonable amount of time, my mother is very happy with the end product! They had no homeowners insurance, and the price was very reasonable for all the work that they did. We had a water leak that I thought was caused by a leak in our roof or faulty flashing. Called Torres-Boren Roofing based on a recommendation from a neighbor and was not disappointed. Called the office in the morning to explain my problem, received a call from the owner, Kevin Boren, a little later about coming out SAME DAY to look at our roof. He got to our house when he said he would and discovered that it wasn’t a roofing problem but a window sealant problem. He water tested for us to ensure that was in fact the problem. He was so friendly and you can definitely tell he has a passion for his job and people. Will be calling Torres-Boren Roofing for any future roofing needs. ~ Sarah C

About a year ago I was purchasing a new home and my inspection warranted some huge concerns. I reached out to Torres-Boren and Kevin went out to the house while I was at work. Kevin gave me his professional opinion and helped me make a decision for myself. At the end of the call Kevin told me he wasn’t going to charge me for the visit and wished me the best. Kevin was not only a professional but he provided me the fatherly advice I needed. As someone coming from the roofing industry in Nashville with over 10 years of roofing knowledge and moving to Cleburne, TX; I am very skeptical of roofers in an unknown region to myself. I submitted an inquiry to have a a free inspection and estimate on my roof where a few shingles had blown off. The response time was less than two hours, and my home inspection was completed before the end of the day. Mr. Kevin Boren was gracious, knowledgeable, and very forthcoming with information. There is no "secret handshake" needed when working with this company. They are very transparent and honest. I was blown away by the fantastic customer service and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE pricing. I contacted them and April scheduled a callback from Kevin to have a roof inspection performed. The next morning Kevin called promptly and a date was set for the inspection. Kevin inspected the roof and gave me his honest assessment. When it's time to have the roof replaced I will definitely call them back. During his visit, Kevin went above and beyond and helped me fix a few leaks on my shop roof since I mentioned I had a few leaks coming in. Kevin was excellent in explaining the process with insurance claims if I go forward. If I do this company will be the one I call. ~ DHRKRider

I called Torres-Boren Roofing yesterday afternoon as we had a leak in our kitchen for years. Kevin reached out to set up a time that same day but I could not do it so he came over first thing this morning. He was able to see the problem immediately and repaired it. Not only did we have some poor caulking work done but he discovered we had holes in our brick work where some old flashing was pulled out and never sealed up from the previous owners. Mr. Boren is extremely professional and was here for us at any time we had a question concerning our roofing issues. He went over and beyond to work with our insurance company by always being present when the adjustors arrived to inspect the damages and more! I called Kevin about a leaking skylight, with the knowledge that our roof is also aging. He was prompt, warm and personable, but also very professional and very straight forward with understandable and immediate information. He was able to perform a simple fix for what looked like a serious problem, and give us the information to make an informed decision on moving ahead with a new roof. Beyond thankful Kevin went out of his way to help us! My parents have had their roof replaced by this team and after the storms came in this last week I knew we had atleast 1 loose shingle. We are not in the service area but Kevin just so happened to be in the area when my mom reached out! He came over and put the shingle back for us! I called for a smaller repair on my roof. Kevin put me on the schedule for the next morning. He arrived on time, and made the repair the same day. He also took the time to explain what was happening with my roof, was very professional and friendly. There was no high pressure sales pitch to do more than I needed, and even walked me through what an insurance claim would look like if/when I needed it. Mr. Kevin is a very proffecional person. I needed help with an issue on my home roof. I lost a single shingle and I was told that I needed a new roof. I was referred to Torres-Boren Roofing and Mr. Kevin no just help me inform about the condition of the roof, he just did a simple repair, and indicated that my roof still in very good condition. I do appreciate a company that go out of their way to help people. The wind was extremely high which makes working on a roof difficult for anyone. But they know needed repairs have to be done. Torres Boren came right out and got the job done. It wasn’t costly. Also as I was writing my check for the job he noticed my slow running sink. He repaired that. A roofer!!! Amazing family owned business. Kevin came out to review the roof for damage and shared good news it didn't need to be replaced but I did have a loose shingle. He and Christian immediately climbed on their ladder and fixed it for me at no cost. Now that's what I call customer service. We had some high winds come through and blow an old satellite dish off our roof. Kevin Boren was out here before noon on the next day. He repaired the roof in less than an hour, and inspected the rest of the roof for any other damage, for a price that was more than fair. We have been customers of Torres-Boren for 17 years. They put the original roof on the house, and replaced that one after a hail storm. We highly recommend their company. ~ Monroe F

Torres-Boren Roofing replaced our roof in 2017 and did an amazing job. Four years later our satellite dish ripped a hole in our roof after some really bad storms. Kevin Boren came out the next day and repaired the hole quickly at no charge. We always have a great experience with this company. They are fast and have great customer service. I contacted Torres-Boren Roofing yesterday regarding a leak in my kitchen. Spoke with the scheduler who was very professional! Kevin & 2 additional men came out surveyed the damage, went over it very well making sure I understood what was needed, and how they would be fixing it. Very reasonably priced! They check for free! I had some minor leaks on my roof so I called them to have my roof inspected before I filed a claim with my insurance. They came out within about 30 minutes and check my roof. The gentleman out here said my roof was in good shape and did not need replacing. He went ahead and fixed the small leaks my roof had free of charge. At the moment I didn't need my roof replaced but if I ever do I am calling them for sure. ~ Jose R

Anyone in the market for a new roof should definitely give these guys a call. They are prompt, experienced , and very good at what they do. My yard looked like they were never here. They were very respectful of my concerns for my flowerbeds and scheduling. They treat the customer like family.
